Is it legal to rent for vacation in Miami ?

No, it is NOT legal to do Short term Rental in Miami Beach and in South Beach it is NO exceptions.
The Vacation Rental in Residential Home is strictly prohibited and now, the law is enforced. You take the risk to be evicted and fined.

Only few Corporations have the legal right to do Short Term Rentals in Miami. If you want to rent for vacation in Miami, ask if the house you want to rent has the Florida State Licence AND City License for RESORT DWELLING, meaning Short Term Rentals, like an Hotel.
